Chamonix 2017

How it started

In 2017 Jur had a course planned at the NKBV. When this course was canceled a few weeks before the start, he went looking for an alternative. He sent an email to Boris in which he asked to be challenged in the mountains. Boris responded the same evening. We made a deal: we only do climbs that Boris has never done before. A challenge for both of us. In the first summer we climbed together:
– Tour Ronde (3792m – AD 3C) – Southeast Ridge Start
– Pyramide du Tacul (3468m – AD+ 5A) – East Ridge
– Mont Blanc du Tacul (4248m – D+ 5C) – Arête du Diable
– Aiguille d’Entrèves (3604m – AD- 4C) – Aiguille d’Entrèves Traverse

Chamonix 2018

Great plans

In the summer of 2018 we were sitting in the sun eating a hamburger in the center of Chamonix when we discussed the plans for the coming days. A bivouac at 3800m would become the biggest challenge a few days later. During the conversation, Jur said that if the business was a little quieter, he would like to climb a bit more in the world. Soon we were talking about the Seven Summits and we both immediately became enthusiastic! The following days we climbed the following routes together:
– Aiguille Du Chardonnet (3824m – D- 3) – Migor Spur
– Aiguille Verte (4122m – D+ 3+) – Grand Montets Ridge
– Aiguille du Peigne (3192m – D+ 5C) – Papillons Arête

On to the summit!
